To clear the clots, levitate down to the turntable and shoot the clumps of mould that are preventing it from rotating. Then, head to the other end of the turntable and do the same thing when it stops moving again.

Once you’ve cleared the clots and rotated the bridge fully, take the checkpoint and continue forward.

Check the storage room for loot containers and then continue upstairs to the control room.

Levitate onto the bridge and look for some explosive spores on the tracks that rotate the bridge. Clear them by shooting them in order to fully rotate the bridge.
